Disputes between the Co Operative Society and its Member regarding the constitution, election of committee, management the affairs and business, conduct of meeting, are referred to the Co Operative Court.

Our firm do undertake the Proceeding either filing or defending before the Co Operative Court as well as Co Operative Housing Registrar offices.

Our firm also provide the services on Retainer-ship basis so as to the affairs of the society are conducted observing the statutory requirements.
